Failed videos
If a video fails to render, its credits come back automatically. You don’t need to ask.
Unused packs and plans
You can request a refund of a pack or of a plan payment, a renewal included, within 14 days if you haven’t used any of the credits it added. Email support@nowstarring.ai from the address on your account. You can also cancel a plan anytime so it won’t renew again.
Results you don’t like
Results are generated by AI and vary, so we can’t refund a video because you would have liked it to look different. If a finished video is clearly broken, for example a missing face or a frozen shot, email us and we’ll give its credits back.
The song
Every video comes with the Burning Bridges song laid over it. If a finished video is missing the song, email us and we’ll fix it or give its credits back. A platform muting the song after you post is not a fault and is not refundable.
Contact us first
If something went wrong with a payment or a video, email support@nowstarring.ai before opening a dispute with your bank. We answer within two business days and can usually fix it or refund you faster than a chargeback. Packs refunded through a chargeback are removed from your account.
