How many credits does a video use?

A 10-second video uses 45 credits, so the $9.90 pack makes two. Longer trends and trends that edit the original clip use up to 180 credits. Each trend shows its cost under the Make button before you start.

Do I need a plan?

No. A pack makes one video or a few, and its credits never expire. A plan costs less per video if you make one most weeks.

Do unused credits carry over?

Plan credits you don’t use roll over to the next month, up to twice your plan, then expire. Pack credits never expire. Plan credits are used first.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, from your account. Move up and the extra credits arrive now, for the price difference over the rest of the period. Move down and it starts on your next billing date. Cancel and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Can I use credits on any trend?

Yes. One balance works on every trend, and each trend shows its cost under the Make button.

What if a video fails?

Its credits come back to your balance automatically, and you get an email saying what happened. There’s nothing to ask for.

Do I need an account?

Only to pay and keep your videos. Add your photos and see that they work first, then sign in with Google or email when you’re ready to make it.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you haven’t used the credits from a purchase or a renewal, write within 14 days and the whole amount comes back. A plan you cancel stays on to the end of the period.
