The sound, in one line
Your NowStarring Boxing video already has the trend’s sound in it, with a break right as you snap back to guard before the combo, so it plays as it is. When you post it, tap Add sound, pick the sound from a boxing combo video you liked and turn your original sound down. Your post then lands on that sound’s page, next to everyone else’s combo.
Boxing videos aren’t all posted with the same sound. Rather than guessing from a search list, find a combo video you like and use exactly the sound it uses.
Why add the sound in the app too
- Your post lands on the sound’s page next to the other boxing combo videos, where a lot of trend views come from.
- The platform licenses the music it offers, so a sound picked in the app is less likely to be muted.
- If you post to more than one app, add the sound in each one separately.
- Viewers who tap the sound on your post find the whole trend, and people browsing the trend find you.
The sound in your file is there so the video plays right as soon as you download it. The sound you pick in the app is what links your post to the trend.
How to find the sound
- On TikTok, search “boxing combo” or “golden combo” and open a video you like.
- Tap the spinning sound disc at the bottom right of the video.
- On the sound’s page, tap Add to Favorites to save it, or Use this sound to post with it now.
- On Instagram, open a boxing combo Reel and tap the audio name at the bottom, then Save audio or Use audio.
Saving it first is handy: when you post your own video later, the sound waits in your favorites.
On TikTok

From a trend video (best)
- Open a boxing combo video that uses the sound you want.
- Tap the spinning sound disc at the bottom right, then Use this sound.
- Tap upload and pick your video.
- Trim the sound, tap Volume and turn your original sound down to zero, then post.
From your own video
- Tap + and pick your video.
- Tap Add sound, then open Favorites.
- Pick the sound you saved from a boxing combo video.
- Trim it, tap Volume and turn your original sound down to zero, then post.
On Instagram Reels
- On a boxing combo Reel, tap the audio name, then Use audio, and add your video.
- Or tap +, choose Reel, pick your video, tap the music button and open Saved.
- Choose which part of the sound plays.
- Turn the original audio down and the added audio up, then share.
Can’t find the sound you saw on TikTok? Pick it from a boxing combo Reel instead. Each app has its own library.
On YouTube Shorts
- On a boxing combo Short, tap the sound name, then Use this sound, and pick your video.
- Or upload your video as a Short and tap Sound to search the library.
- Set where the sound starts, then upload.
- Play it through once before you publish to check the sound isn’t doubled.
If the sound isn’t in the Shorts library where you are, post with the sound already in your video and the original sound on.
Setting the volume

Our file contains only the trend’s sound, with its break on the snap back to guard. Two copies of the same sound a beat apart sound like an echo, so pick one:
| You want | Original sound | Added sound |
|---|---|---|
| To join a sound page | Off | Full |
| The break exactly on our timing | Full | Off |
| Both, without an echo | Off | Full, lined up by ear |
When the original sound is off, the break only lands on the snap back to guard if the added sound starts at the same place. Play it back and nudge its start until they meet.
Lining the sound up with the combo
- Play your video with the original sound on once and note where the flurry ends and you snap back to guard, about four seconds in.
- Turn the original off and add the sound you picked.
- Drag the sound in the trimmer until a big beat or break in it lands as you snap back to guard, just before the first uppercut.
- Watch it once more. If the combo feels like it’s on the beat, you’re done.
If you can’t get it right, post with your original sound on and no added sound. The video still plays perfectly on its own.
Added labels in CapCut? Keep them where they are. Move the sound to fit the punches, not the other way round.
If the sound is muted or missing
- Muted after posting: re-upload with the original sound off and the sound picked again from the app’s library or a trend video.
- Sound not available: switch from a business to a personal or creator account, update the app, or use the sound from another boxing combo video.
- Post not on the sound page: you only join it by picking the sound in the app.
If your video is AI-made, label it: on TikTok, turn on the AI-generated content setting before you post.
In the caption, name the trend in plain words, such as “boxing combo” or “the golden combo”, so people searching for it can find you. Keep it short and leave the middle of the frame clear: that’s where the punches land.
