The whole dance fits in 10 seconds. These are the beats to hit:

1. 0:00, the reins: wrists crossed low in front of you, hands empty.
2. 0:02, the trot: bouncing foot to foot on every beat, knees up.
3. 0:04, the lasso: one empty hand circles over your head, the other keeps the reins.
4. 0:07, bigger: arms swing out wide between laps, the feet never stop.

Film it yourself

• Put the phone on a tripod at chest height, vertical, about three metres away, so you’re in frame from head to toe.
• Play the song and start with your wrists crossed on the reins.
• When the beat kicks in, trot from foot to foot, wrists still on the reins.
• About four seconds in, swing the lasso with one empty hand and keep bouncing to the end, then add the Gangnam Style sound when you post.
