Beat by beat
The combo fits in 10 seconds. These are the beats to hit:
- 0:00, the flurry: jabs, hooks and short uppercuts, your head bobbing and slipping.
- 0:04, back to guard: both fists up at your chin, bouncing lightly.
- 0:05, uppercut: one fist drives straight up past your face.
- 0:06, jab, then hook: a quick straight punch at the lens, then a wide hook at head height.
- 0:08, uppercut and cross: the other fist goes up, then a long straight cross to finish.
Film it yourself
- Prop your phone up on the sofa seat, tilted up a little, and stand right behind the backrest.
- Stay close, so the backrest hides you below the hips.
- Throw the flurry fast, then slow down and land each punch of the combo on its own.
- Keep a straight face the whole time. The more serious you look, the better it lands.
Post it with the Boxing sound, so it shows up with the rest of the trend. Not sure what it is? The explainer has the whole story.
Or make it from one photo
- Open the Boxing page.
- Add one photo: your face toward the camera, in the clothes you want to box in, in good light. The photo guide shows what works.
- Press Make my video and sign in when you’re asked. It’s ready in a few minutes. You can close the page: the video waits in My videos and we email you when it’s ready.
- Download the MP4, with the sound and no watermark, and post it to TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.
Each video uses credits from a pack or a monthly plan. See pricing.
Questions
Do I need to know how to box?
No. You only add a photo; the flurry, the combo and the timing all come from the trend.
Does the AI video come with the sound?
Yes. The sound is already in your video. If a platform mutes it, add the sound from a boxing combo video you liked when you post.
What if the video fails?
You don’t pay for it: what it used goes back to your balance automatically, and you can try again with another photo.
