They rap up at it: the one on the left with hands clasped at the chest, the one on the right reaching for the mic and tapping a wrist, then spreading both palms wide. The right one throws an arm up and spins all the way round, they turn to each other and hush, finger to lips, and it ends on a hand shading the eyes. It’s one shot, no cuts.
Where it comes from
It’s Quavo and Takeoff performing HOTEL LOBBY (Unc & Phew) on A COLORS SHOW in 2022, in front of the show’s orange wall. Years later an AI version with two cats rapping at that mic took off on TikTok, and the orange wall filled up with friends, couples, siblings and pets.
