How to do the Money Flex AI trend for free

Yes, you can do the Money Flex AI trend free: film it with play money, or use our prompt in an AI tool’s free tier. What each free route really costs you.

The short answer

Yes, there are two free ways to do the Money Flex AI trend: film it yourself with play money and a phone lying on a table, or paste our free Money Flex prompt into an AI video tool’s free tier with your photo as the reference. Free costs you in other ways: watermarks, short lengths and limited tries on free tiers, no sound in AI clips, and a lot of prop cash if you film it. Making it from one photo on the Money Flex page is paid.

Free tiers change often, so check what the tool you pick allows today: whether exports carry a watermark, how long a clip can be, and how many generations you get.

Free route 1: film it yourself

A man in a grey t-shirt hugs an armful of purple-banded play money in a bedroom, a phone lying face-up on the dark wooden table in front of him beside more stacks
The whole setup: a phone flat on a table, a pile of obvious play money and a straight face.

The real thing is one low shot from a phone lying on a table. You need prop money that is obviously props (a party pack of play money works) and the discipline not to smile.

The shot plan

  1. Set up: lay the phone flat on a table, camera facing up, recording. In a vertical video, the ceiling (a fan helps) frames your head.
  2. 0–3 s: lean over the phone with an armful of stacks and push the pile down at the lens.
  3. 3–5 s: heave it onto one shoulder, then drape a long string of stacks around your neck like a scarf.
  4. 5–7 s: swing the cash at the camera, then step back with empty palms.
  5. 7–10 s: flip one stack slowly from palm to palm, like you’re counting it.
  6. 10–15 s: open a fan of bills right over the lens so only your eyes show. Hold it.

What makes it look like the trend: the phone never moves, you lean in close enough to fill the frame, and your face never cracks. If you laugh, start again. Three or four takes is normal; keep the one with the straightest face.

Use play money that clearly isn’t real currency, and post it as a joke. Never use a Money Flex video, real or AI, to suggest income, an investment or an offer.

Free route 2: our prompt in an AI tool’s free tier

A laptop with an AI video tool open, a reference selfie attached and a long prompt typed in
Attach your photo as the reference, then paste the prompt.
  1. Pick an AI video tool with an image-to-video or reference-image mode and a free tier, such as Kling, Higgsfield, Runway, Veo or CapCut’s AI video.
  2. Attach one clear face-and-shoulders photo of yourself as the reference image.
  3. Copy the prompt from the Money Flex AI prompt guide and paste it in. Pick vertical 9:16 and the longest length the free tier gives you.
  4. Generate, then check three things: the camera stays low and still, you never smile, and your hands keep five fingers around the cash.
  5. Download, then add the Money Flex sound in TikTok or Reels when you post.

If the free length is shorter than 15 seconds, keep the armful and the fan and cut the middle. The fan of bills with only your eyes showing is the ending people expect.

Adding the sound for free

Neither free route gives you the trend’s sound in the file. Add it free when you post: open a Money Flex video you liked, tap its sound, then use that sound with your clip. The sound guide has the taps for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.

If you don’t want to buy props or wrangle a prompt, upload one face-and-shoulders photo on the Money Flex page. You get the whole 15-second flex, vertical, in the clothes from your photo, with the sound already in it and no watermark, in Standard 480p or HD 720p. It takes about 5 minutes; we email you when it’s ready, and it waits in My videos.

One Standard video uses 90 credits. The smallest pack that makes one is $12.90 for 90 credits (1 video), a one-time buy whose credits never expire, and plans start at $19.90 a month for 270 credits. If a video fails, its credits come back.

There are no free credits on NowStarring. Your photo is deleted automatically 7 days after upload. See all packs and plans.

Which to pick

  • You already have a stack of play money and a straight face: film it. It’s free and it’s the real thing.
  • You like tinkering and don’t mind retries or a watermark: the free prompt.
  • You want it posted today with the sound in it and your face holding up behind the fan: one photo.

Still deciding? CapCut vs AI vs one photo compares the three in detail, and how to do the Money Flex trend covers every beat. NowStarring is an independent fan tool, not linked to the creators of the original Money Flex videos. The money in every video is fake, for fun only, and never proof of income. The sound belongs to its rights holders.

أسئلة

Is the Money Flex AI trend free?

It can be. Film it yourself with play money, or paste a free Money Flex prompt into an AI video tool’s free tier. The one-photo version on NowStarring is paid.

Does NowStarring have free credits?

No. One Standard Money Flex video uses 90 credits, and the smallest pack is $12.90 for 90 credits. If a video fails, its credits come back.

Is the money in the video real?

No. The AI version shows movie-prop cash made up for a joke, and if you film it yourself, use play money. Post it as a joke, never as proof of income.

What kind of play money should I film with?

Anything that is obviously fake: party or board-game money, or prop bills clearly marked as not legal tender. The joke works better when nobody could mistake it for real cash.

Do free AI clips come with the Money Flex sound?

Usually not. Add it in TikTok or Instagram when you post, starting from a Money Flex video you liked.

What’s the catch with free AI video tools?

Free tiers usually limit something: a watermark on exports, a shorter length, fewer generations or a slower queue. Check the tool’s own page before you start.
